the place is really nice and clean, calm, and everything is taken care of. It feels comfortable living here and you don’t have to worry about things being messy or ignored. As for apt manager Anna, she’s been great. Easy to talk to, always helps out when needed, and actually gets things done as soon it possible You can tell she cares and puts effort into her work. I respect that a lot and appreciate everything she does. Thank you for everything

Came into the office spoke to the manager Anamarie she answered all of my questions the property was clean and I love the fact they have so much grass so I could walk my dog, and the best part is they don’t have stairs no upstairs units.

I would love to see that living at Anaheim cottages is the best you have a great manager that goes above and beyond for her tenants that live there. Property has been very clean and up-to-date couldn't ask for a better place to live than Anaheim cottages my kids love living there this is home where you want to be Anaheim cottages. AnnaMarie is the best manager that you can have on a property just because she goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable living in a good situation and home. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to live there

Had a toilet issue on a Saturday after 5 pm going into a holiday. Mike was able to quickly identify and fix the issue. Mike is very knowledgeable and does his very best to address and resolve any issues the tenants may have in a timely fashion. He gives the same attention to every situation. We greatly appreciate him and know that he will get the job done.

It is a great place to live. Everyone is friendly but also keeps to themselves. The manager and maintenance personnel is top notch. Repairs are done timely and efficiently. The grounds are always kept up and the laundry area is always clean.

I wanted to leave a review to say that Ann Marie is the best, living at the Anaheim Cottages has been the best for me and my girls. I can not complain when things need to be done and you let her know she is on top of it and at a timely matter. For this being our very first apartment with my daughters it has been the best ever. Its very quite and very clean. My girls love the pool and I love it now especially with the new pool items. I can not say anything bad about those apartments they are nice clean. Ann Marie is the best manager anyone can ask for she is super nice and sweet :) My daughters love her so much and love living at Anaheim Cottages. Thanks for all you help and letting me and my girls live comfortable :)
