Came into the office spoke to the manager Anamarie she answered all of my questions the property was clean and I love the fact they have so much grass so I could walk my dog, and the best part is they don’t have stairs no upstairs units.

I love to call Anaheim cottages my home it’s a quiet place to live manager is very nice maintenance is also nice and attentive on his work that has to be done when it’s asked. Manager Anamarie is kind hearted sweet and goes above and beyond to help with any information about the complex or anything that needs to be done wouldn’t change my home for nothing. Iâm writing to express my frustration with how I was treated by Ana Marie while inquiring about housing availability. From the beginning of our interaction, she was rude and dismissive. While I understand itâs her job to ask questions during the application process, she continuously questioned me without answering my simple question about whether an apartment was even available. She refused to provide that basic information, which made the whole interaction feel like a waste of time. If this is how she treats people just seeking information, I can only imagine how poorly she manages tenants. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
