Iâm writing to express my frustration with how I was treated by Ana Marie while inquiring about housing availability. From the beginning of our interaction, she was rude and dismissive. While I understand itâs her job to ask questions during the application process, she continuously questioned me without answering my simple question about whether an apartment was even available. She refused to provide that basic information, which made the whole interaction feel like a waste of time. If this is how she treats people just seeking information, I can only imagine how poorly she manages tenants. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
