The place was built in the early 1960s which is nice in a way. It had nice beautiful mature trees that gave it shade and kind of covered it's ugly architecture but the trees have all been cut down. Of course the utility bill skyrocketed the garages are cramped easily broken into which happens quite often teenagers are often seen in the parking lot dealing and using drugs and the place has its own resident helicopter which never seems to have another place to go. The rent is about 4 times actual value you pay the Anaheim utilities and you pay for utilities to Anaheim cottages as well making it one of the most expensive places to live. Does have a nice pool though.
